Spam

We fully comply with all Spam laws. To use our service to send flyers you are required to be a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Realtor, or Real Estate Broker. Acceptable flyers should be related to Real Estate for Sale. Contact Us if you have any questions prior to creating your flyer.

Flyer Removal

Virtual Assist LLC has the right to remove any flyers at anytime if we feel that they are not appropriate. We may remove your flyer without contacting you prior. To use our service, you must be a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, Realtor, or Real Estate Broker.

Indemnity

You shall hold harmless Virtual Assist, LLC and Emarketflyers.com, it's owners, employees, affiliates, and attorneys and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out or related to the content of emarketflyers.com or materials created on the site.

Email Delivery

Delivery to every Realtor email address on our zip code, county, or state lists cannot be guaranteed. Some Realtors may opt out of our service. In addition, some have filters or blocks on their email. We will guarantee that your flyer will be sent from our server but cannot guarantee deliverability for the reasons stated above.

Verification and Accuracy of Information
You have the responsibility of verifying all information on flyers that are created on emarketflyers.com. We do not verify any information and are not liable for any inaccuracies.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any flyers or cancel your account at any time without notice.

Refund Policy
Emarketflyers.com allows users to preview a flyer prior to purchasing. Please preview your flyer as there are no refunds once we have emailed your flyer. If you have questions or concerns, please contact us prior to completing your transaction.

Images
Customer agrees that they must be fully authorized to use any image uploaded to our server and used in the Email Flyer. Images created by any other person are not authorized unless licensed. Emarketflyers.com holds no responsibility for photos uploaded to our site by customers.

Password
Your account username and password may not be transferred to any other person or entity. You must notify emarketflyers.com of any apparent breach of security, or unauthorized use of username and password. You are fully liable for any unauthorized use until you have notified us by telephone or email.

Cooperation With The Law
If requested, emarketflyers.com will comply fully with law enforcement agencies requesting information in investigations.
