| Flyer pricing starts at FREE to send Sponsored Listing Flyers to zip code areas. Paid non sponsored flyers start at $19.99 per County. Flyers can be mailed to a specific zip, county, or state. | 3. Is there a membership fee or requirement? |
| NO - We do not require a membership. You only pay for the lists that you would like to deliver your flyer to. We do offer a Preferred Agent Marketing Club which you can send unlimited flyers each month for a set price but this is not required to use our service. Contact us for more information. |

| 4. Can I select multiple zip codes, counties, or states to send my flyer to? |
| YES - Once a flyer is created and saved, you then will have the ability to select the lists to send your flyer to. Each list starts at FREE to send to a specific zip, county, or state. FREE Sponsored Listing Flyers can be sent to a maximum of 3 zip codes. |

| 5. Where does your email Marketing lists come from? |
| Our lists come from a number of sources such as: MLS's, list brokers, and Real Estate Associations. |

| 6. How accurate are your lists? |
| Our lists are filtered daily and are 99% accurate. We closely monitor bounces/undeliverable mail and delete those from our database.This process allows your Flyer to reach only valid email addresses.

| 7. Will every Agent from the areas selected receive my flyer? |
| Possibly not. Some agents opt out of having emails sent to them from our service. In addition, there may be blocks or filters on some email accounts which may cause some not to receive certain emails.

| No,We respect our clients privacy and do not re-use any personal information. Our secure server stores your account information and is not used for any other purposes. |
